Friends of Sutherland Performing Arts is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support of the performing arts at Pittsford Sutherland High School in Pittsford, NY. Together with the administrators, faculty and students, we promote performing arts programs and activities, and provide support for all performing arts groups.

FoSPA conducts a variety of fundraising events to benefit the performing arts. Our major fundraisers this year are:
Music & Meatballs, January 15
Chicken Barbecue, May 15

We will hold a variety of smaller events in the coming year with Applebees, Schwan's and Friendly's.

FoSPA continues to sponsor a great musical experience for students throughout Pittsford:
Pittsford Jazz Festival, May 18

Friends of Sutherland Performing Arts is also raising money by selling two exclusive clothing items: SHS scarves and Pittsford Jazz t-shirts

This year we are helping to keep prices low for the Sutherland Musical production:
Singin' in the Rain, March 22, 23 & 24

We are also sponsoring a free "coffee and conversation" get-together before each music and theatre performance this year, sponsored by Tim Hortons. We call this coffee hour Java Time.
